They changed my winning bet to voided and won’t reply to my complaints.

I did bet on on dutch election, PM Mark Rutte to win, so he did.
But Betfair has still NOT put out the result or recognize it yet, I have spoken with customer service at least 10 times since then and get the same answer – that I have to WAIT, but they don’t say how long this will take, this waiting, … so frustrating.
